What The Dash Cam Provides
Nextbase iQ is available with 1K, 2K, or 4K front recording and includes a cabin view. A compatible rear camera can add rear coverage, while supported 4G features can provide remote alerts, live access, Witness Mode, Guardian Mode, and connected parking functions.
Installation And Connected Setup
We install the selected front, cabin, and optional rear-camera configuration, connect power, storage, GPS, cellular service, and the applicable Nextbase plan, then test driving and parked coverage.
Camera Monitoring
Every time the dash cam detects a person near your vehicle, a licensed private investigator can check the live video feed to determine if they are a threat. Camera Monitoring can run continuously 24/7, during scheduled days and times, or whenever you activate it.
Confront And Respond
If the person is behaving suspiciously or attempting to commit a crime, we can confront them over loudspeaker when the camera supports it and, for serious situations requiring a physical response, dispatch a private investigator to your vehicle's location. We also alert you and continue monitoring the live video feed until the investigator arrives.
Device Care
We deliver, install, configure, and maintain the dash cam throughout the one-year rental. If it malfunctions, we repair or replace it free of charge. You are responsible for repair or replacement costs if the dash cam is lost, stolen, damaged, or misused while it is in your possession or control.
Evidence Report
After a serious vehicle event, we provide a report with a detailed timeline of events, plus date-, time-, and location-stamped videos, photographs, GPS information, and any other evidence we gathered. We triple-check the report for accuracy before submitting it to you, your attorney, or law enforcement.
One-Year Rental And Device Care
Every Crime Fixer product is rented for 1 year. We deliver, install or configure, and maintain the equipment according to the product and service selected.
The one-year rental includes unlimited repair or replacement for covered equipment failures. The client pays when equipment is lost, stolen, damaged, or misused while it is in the client’s possession or control.
At the end of the rental, the client returns the equipment using Crime Fixer’s return instructions or arranges for us to recover it.
