Overwatch
Every time the camera detects a person near your vehicle, a licensed private investigator will check the live video feed to determine if they’re a threat. If the person is behaving suspiciously or attempting to commit a crime, we'll confront them over loudspeaker and - for serious situations requiring a Live Response Support - dispatch a private investigator to your vehicle’s location which is tracked by the camera’s built-in GPS. A privacy schedule can be set for the specific days and times you don’t want us to provide overwatch.
Live Response Support
If we witness a crime being committed, or believe a crime is about to be committed, we’ll immediately dispatch a private investigator to your vehicle's location. We’ll also alert you about the situation and continue to monitor the live video feed until we arrive. Upon arrival, we’ll investigate, disrupt, or detain the suspect, and - if the situation is dangerous - extract you to a safe location. If you witness a crime, notice suspicious activity, or are in a situation that makes you feel unsafe, you can call, text, or video chat with us 24/7 to request a Live Response Support.
Identity Packet
We create a secure identity packet for the vehicle that the camera is attached to. Each packet includes photographs, serial numbers, and other identifying information. If the vehicle or something attached to it is stolen, we’ll immediately distribute the packet to our investigators, law enforcement, and across social media to help solve the crime quickly.
Rapid Report
We provide a report within 24 hours of completing an Overwatch, Live Response Support, Identity Packet, or Device Care service. Each report includes a detailed timeline of events - plus date, time, and location stamped videos, photos, and any other evidence we’ve gathered.
