The current Ring Outdoor Cam records 2K exterior video with a wide view and supports motion alerts, live view, and two-way communication. It can use battery, plug-in, solar, or wired power depending on the selected configuration.
Where We Install It
We install the camera where it can record the approach, activity, and departure at a door, driveway, yard, gate, parking area, business entrance, or job site, then test the daytime view, night view, motion zones, alerts, power, and network connection.
Camera Monitoring
Every time the camera detects a person on your property, a licensed private investigator can check the live video feed to determine if they are a threat. Camera Monitoring can run continuously 24/7, during scheduled days and times, or whenever you activate it.
Confront And Respond
If the person is behaving suspiciously or attempting to commit a crime, we can confront them over loudspeaker and, for serious situations requiring a physical response, dispatch a private investigator to your property. We also alert you and continue monitoring the live video feed until the investigator arrives.
Device Care
We deliver, install, configure, and maintain the camera throughout the one-year rental. If it malfunctions, we repair or replace it free of charge. You are responsible for repair or replacement costs if the camera is lost, stolen, damaged, or misused while it is in your possession or control.
Evidence Report
After a serious camera event, we provide a report with a detailed timeline of events, plus date-, time-, and location-stamped videos, photographs, and any other evidence we gathered. We triple-check the report for accuracy before submitting it to you, your attorney, or law enforcement.
One-Year Rental And Device Care
Every Crime Fixer product is rented for 1 year. We deliver, install or configure, and maintain the equipment according to the product and service selected.
The one-year rental includes unlimited repair or replacement for covered equipment failures. The client pays when equipment is lost, stolen, damaged, or misused while it is in the client’s possession or control.
At the end of the rental, the client returns the equipment using Crime Fixer’s return instructions or arranges for us to recover it.
