Product Purchase And Management
Crime Fixer products are purchased, not rented. Ownership passes to the client after full payment and delivery.
Included With This Product: Custom all-terrain ground rover; Visible-light and thermal cameras; Spotlight and two-way speaker; Cellular remote-control connection; Local evidence recording; Autonomous patrol and obstacle-safety system; Protected automatic charging station; Delivery; Setup and installation when needed; Configuration and testing; Product ID Kit; Required operating subscriptions; Crime Fixer management; Device Care.
Every first-year product price includes the selected product, every included item listed with it, required subscriptions, delivery, setup, installation when applicable, testing, a Product ID Kit for the product itself, Crime Fixer management, and Device Care.
Device Care includes maintenance, covered repair or replacement, upgrades when Crime Fixer adds the next generation of the product to its offerings, and one eligible move service during each annual term. Eligible moves are within a 2-hour round-trip drive of Crime Fixer's office. Additional travel is $150 per hour. Client-caused loss, theft, damage, or misuse is not covered, except an intended theft of a Physical Honeypot during its authorized use.
The annual renewal keeps management, required subscriptions, and Device Care active after the first year. If the client does not renew, Crime Fixer transfers management to the client when the current term ends, and the client becomes responsible for subscriptions, operating costs, maintenance, repairs, replacements, upgrades, and support.
