Current Pricing
First Product: $30,000 First Year.
First Annual Renewal: $15,000 First Renewal.
Prices are before sales tax. Renewal begins in Year Two and is not charged with the first purchase.
Ownership And Device Care
Crime Fixer products are purchased, not rented. Ownership passes to the client after full payment and delivery.
The Year One price includes delivery, setup, configuration, testing, installation when needed, the listed first-year subscriptions, a Product ID Kit for the product itself, Crime Fixer product management, and Device Care.
Device Care includes maintenance, covered repair or replacement, upgrades when Crime Fixer adds the next generation of the product to its offerings, and one eligible move during each annual term. Eligible moves are within a 2-hour round-trip drive of Crime Fixer's office. Additional travel is $150 per hour. Client-caused loss, theft, damage, or misuse is not covered, except an intended theft of a Physical Honeypot during its authorized use.
The annual renewal keeps the listed subscriptions, product management, and Device Care active. If the client does not renew, Crime Fixer transfers product management to the client when the current term ends, and the client becomes responsible for subscriptions, operating costs, maintenance, repairs, replacements, upgrades, and support.
