Process Service
Process Service delivers legal documents to someone involved in a court case and provides the affidavit and documentation showing when and how service occurred.
Process Service involves reviewing the documents you want us to serve to ensure everything is in order, then printing and packaging the documents that need to be served.
We serve the documents at a time and place where the person being served cannot avoid us, then take a photograph of them being served so they cannot claim they were not.
We provide you with an affidavit of service and, if necessary, notarize the affidavit or submit it to court on your behalf.
