We protect the client's identity and the information they give us. Private case evidence and reports are provided to the client and the people they authorize rather than published for an audience.

5+ Years Experience

Our private investigators have 5+ years of experience locating people, conducting surveillance, checking backgrounds, interviewing witnesses, gathering evidence, documenting incidents, and supporting court cases.

500+ Investigations

Our private investigators have conducted 500+ investigations for individuals, attorneys, and businesses. Those investigations include missing people, surveillance, criminal backgrounds, stolen property, dangerous tenants, domestic violence, stalking, and other types of crime.

5,000+ Research & Development Hours

Our private investigators have spent 5,000+ hours researching, developing, testing, and improving the investigative, protection, monitoring, product, and evidence systems used in Crime Fixer work.

Investigative Methods

Depending on the investigation, we may use surveillance, undercover work, disguises, false identities, drones, geolocation data, license plate readers, facial recognition, private databases, public records, witness interviews, and forensics.

Reports And Evidence

Our reports explain the timeline, work completed, evidence gathered, people and locations involved, what we found, and what still needs to be investigated. Photographs, video, records, and other evidence are organized for the client, attorney, court, or law enforcement.

Service Area

Crime Fixer currently provides private investigation service throughout Washington State. Our office is located at 400 University Street, Seattle, WA 98101. In-person meetings are available by appointment.

Case Studies

Stopped Gang Member

A client was being stalked by a violent criminal who was responsible for the death of a child and attempted to murder multiple people.

We conducted a background check on this person and learned everything we could about them, including where they grew up, who their friends and family were, where they went to school, who they were dating, what their belief systems were, what their hobbies were, what they posted on social media, and their criminal record.

Then we developed a strategic deterrence campaign using the information we gathered, which caused the stalker to voluntarily disengage without connecting the campaign to our client.

They immediately stopped stalking the client and moved out of the area within a few weeks, never knowing our client was involved because the operation was designed to avoid any correlation with our client.

Located Kidnapped Child

A client's child was kidnapped by another family member.

We used geolocation data from the kidnapper's phone and tracked them down to an apartment complex.

We installed hidden cameras to confirm they were there, remotely monitored when they came and went, and conducted in-person surveillance from across the street to make sure they did not leave.

Once confirmed, we called the police to perform a rescue and the child was safely recovered.

Rescued Abused Woman

A client's daughter was being assaulted by her drug-dealing boyfriend, who had also been feeding her heavy drugs. When we reached her, she was still under the influence and could not safely leave the property on her own.

We entered the property, extracted her from the dangerous situation, and transported her away from the boyfriend.

Once she was safely away from the property and the boyfriend, we returned her to her parents.

Removed Dangerous Tenant

A client rented out a room in their house to someone who turned out to be a heavy meth user and began threatening the other tenants and next-door neighbors with physical violence. An eviction moratorium prevented the client from evicting the tenant, and the police could not act because the tenant behaved like a model citizen whenever they arrived.

The homeowner added us to the lease so we could legally enter the property and conduct undercover surveillance. We discovered that the tenant was stealing the other tenants' mail and depended on the homeowner's coffee to avoid crashing when they ran out of meth. After we recovered the stolen mail and removed the coffee, the tenant became enraged, threw items around the house, banged on the other tenants' doors, and threatened violence in front of the responding police officers.

The tenant was arrested and held in a mental hospital for a month. We testified about the tenant's behavior, and the judge ruled that the tenant was a danger to others and ordered their immediate eviction despite the eviction moratorium.

Hunted Down Burglar

A client had a valuable item stolen from their home while they were out of town.

A week later, we found the item listed for sale on a local online marketplace and set up a meeting with the seller. We conducted an undercover buy to retrieve the item and secretly recorded the meeting.

We identified the seller using our private databases, recovered the item, and turned the evidence we gathered over to the police.

Recovered Stolen Vehicle

A client had their vehicle stolen and the police were unable to find it.

Using our nationwide network of license plate scanners, we located the vehicle in less than 24 hours, even though the thief had driven it down to California.

FAQs

Will anyone find out I hired you?

Private service is handled confidentially. We do not publish the client, investigation, or evidence. Information is limited to authorized people and disclosures needed to conduct the work, protect someone, follow the law, or complete instructions the client approved.

How do I verify Crime Fixer's license?

Search Washington Department of Licensing records for Crime Fixer or license #DOR00031710. Crime Fixer also carries $1,000,000 in general liability insurance and maintains a $10,000 surety bond.

What areas do you serve?

We currently provide service throughout Washington State. Our office is located at 400 University Street, Seattle, WA 98101, and in-person meetings are available by appointment.

What makes an investigation legal?

The answer depends on the purpose, location, consent, ownership, access rights, court orders, recording rules, and information involved. We confirm the authority for the requested work and do not use hacking, trespassing, unlawful recording, or unauthorized access as investigative shortcuts.

What will I receive when the work is complete?

The deliverable depends on the service, but investigative work is documented so the client can understand what was done, what was observed or found, which evidence supports it, what remains uncertain, and what the facts suggest doing next.
