Griddown is a decentralized communication and coordination network that keeps clients connected to Crime Fixer investigators during power outages, natural disasters, civil unrest, remote travel, infrastructure failures, and other situations where cellular service or internet access is unavailable.
Protective Intelligence
Griddown connects to Crime Fixer's larger protective-intelligence system, which gathers and analyzes information to protect clients before, during, and after travel or public appearances. This can include researching threats at a destination, physically scouting locations, identifying security weaknesses, mapping emergency exits, and planning primary, alternate, and emergency routes.
Personal And Threat Monitoring
Messages, check-ins, and location information can connect to Personal Monitoring and Threat Monitoring so Crime Fixer knows who is checking in, what each status means, and what should happen when contact is lost or a threat is reported.
Guard And Respond
Griddown can send information to investigators providing Guard or Respond service, allowing field coordination to continue when ordinary communication systems cannot be relied on.
Device Care
Crime Fixer configures, tests, maintains, repairs, and replaces covered Griddown equipment throughout the one-year rental period.
