Overwatch
Overwatch is the remote-monitoring and live-support service path for situations where Crime Fixer can help by watching, documenting, staying connected, or escalating the next step from a distance.
Overwatch can include Personal Monitoring, Camera Monitoring, and Threat Monitoring depending on whether the concern involves a person, camera feed, alert, location context, or threat pattern.
Overwatch is not an emergency service or a guarantee that a crime will be prevented. It is remote monitoring and documentation support that can connect to Fix or Dispatch when the situation calls for it.
Personal Monitoring is Overwatch service focused on remotely supporting a person through location sharing, check-ins, text, phone, video, wearable signals, or live safety contact.
Camera Monitoring is Overwatch service focused on reviewing security cameras, dash cams, property cameras, live feeds, recorded clips, and sensor-triggered footage.
Threat Monitoring is Overwatch service focused on watching threat signals, escalation patterns, suspicious activity, unwanted contact, and risk indicators that may require Fix or Dispatch.
What is Overwatch used for?
Overwatch is used when remote monitoring, live communication, camera review, location context, or threat-pattern review can help document what is happening and decide whether Fix or Dispatch is needed.
Does Overwatch replace an alarm company or public safety service?
No. Overwatch is private remote support and documentation. It does not replace 911, police, fire, medical care, alarm companies, or public safety services.
Can Overwatch turn into Dispatch or Fix?
Yes. If monitoring reveals a situation that requires field presence or deeper investigation, the next step may be Dispatch, Fix, or both.
