Pricing Starts At $49.50/Month

Your plan includes 30 minutes (½ hour) of service time each month. All services draw from this shared pool of minutes - scheduled services, automated services, communication, and travel.

Every service type consumes minutes equally: 1 minute of any service uses 1 minute from your pool. Automated Threat Detection services (Remote Overwatch and Risk Radar) bill by the second and consume time from the same pool. The different per-minute and per-second rates listed below only apply when purchasing additional time or using time beyond your monthly included amount.

Standard reports are included at no additional time cost. Unused monthly time does not roll over, but any additional time you purchase rolls over indefinitely.

Emergency response applies when you need Crime Response or Cybercrime Response but the situation is too critical to schedule or complete payment through the client portal before service begins (for example: you're being physically assaulted or someone is breaking into your home). In this case, we'll immediately respond and provide service - 24 hours per day, 7 days a week - regardless of whether you're able to prepay. Active subscription (not paused or cancelled) required. Emergency status is determined at CrimeFixer's sole discretion.

Payment is due immediately after service concludes or 24 hours after service begins, whichever comes first. If payment is not received, your account will be suspended until the balance is paid. Misuse of emergency response may result in additional fees or account termination.

Emergency response is based on a triage system where the client with the most critical situation is given priority. Response time is not guaranteed due to where the closest investigator is at the time of request and how many other emergency requests we're responding to for other clients. If we have to end your service to respond to another client's emergency, you will receive double the interrupted service time back as credited minutes that roll over indefinitely. This is the only circumstance in which monthly subscription minutes are added back to your pool.

You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your account. When you pause, your remaining days are saved until you're ready to resume. If you cancel, you'll have full access to our services through the end of your current billing cycle. We do not provide refunds.

Standard operating expenses - gas, standard tolls (excludes ferry tolls), and standard parking (excludes valet and premium parking) - are always included in your subscription.

Non-standard expenses - lodging, event tickets, vehicle rentals, court record fees, third-party services, private database fees, ferry tolls, valet/premium parking, and anything else required to provide service - are covered up to a combined total of $4.95/month. Non-standard expenses that exceed the $4.95 monthly limit require your approval before being incurred and are charged to you at cost with no markup.

During emergency response, normal expense limits and approval requirements do not apply - by requesting emergency response, you authorize CrimeFixer to incur all necessary expenses on your behalf.

Reports are delivered by 9:00 PM the day after service is completed. If that day falls on a holiday, the report will be delivered the next business day unless you select Holiday Service. Each report includes a detailed timeline of events - plus date, time, and location stamped videos, photos, and any other evidence we've gathered. We also triple-check all reports for accuracy to ensure they're court-ready before submitting them to you, your attorney, or law enforcement.

All covered family members can request service through your account, with a limit of one (1) active service request at a time being shared amongst everyone. Family Plan requires all family members who are 18 years or older to agree to our Terms of Service, and all family members under 18 years old to have written permission from their parents.

The overage rate for all scheduled services - including Criminal Investigation, Crime Protection, Cyber Security, Security Concierge, and Legal Services - is $3.00/minute ($180/hour). This rate applies to any time used beyond your monthly included minutes. Additional minutes can also be purchased at this rate and roll over indefinitely.

The overage rate for all automated services - including Proximity Dispatch, Continuous Scan, and Threat Detection - is $2.00/minute ($120/hour). Threat Detection services (Remote Overwatch and Risk Radar) are billed at $0.03/second. Only rush report surcharge applies to automated services; holiday, same-day, and after-hours surcharges do not apply.

All communication time (calls, texts, emails, video chats) deducts from your monthly minutes at $2.00/minute ($120/hour), billed based on time spent reading and responding. Travel time deducts from your monthly minutes and is charged at $2.00/minute ($120/hour). Mileage is included. Travel time is calculated based on distance from CrimeFixer's Seattle office to and from service locations. Holiday, same-day, and after-hours surcharges apply on top of this rate when applicable.

If you need your report delivered within 3 hours of completing service, a rush report surcharge of +$1.00/minute (+$60/hour) is added on top of your service rate for the duration of that service. This surcharge stacks with holiday, same-day, and after-hours surcharges, and applies to scheduled service and automated service.

Services provided on holidays incur a holiday surcharge of +$1.00/minute (+$60/hour). Holidays include: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve. This surcharge stacks with rush report, same-day, and after-hours surcharges, and applies to scheduled service, communication, and travel time.

Any booking where the service will be provided same-day (12:00 AM – 11:59 PM) incurs a same-day service surcharge of +$1.00/minute (+$60/hour). This surcharge stacks with rush report, holiday, and after-hours surcharges, and applies to scheduled service and travel time.

Services provided between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM (Pacific Time) incur an after-hours surcharge of +$1.00/minute (+$60/hour). This surcharge stacks with rush report, holiday, and same-day surcharges, and applies to scheduled service, communication, and travel time.

Emergency response is charged at a flat rate of $5.00/minute ($300/hour). This rate replaces all other service rates and surcharges - no additional surcharges apply. By requesting emergency response, you authorize CrimeFixer to incur all necessary expenses on your behalf.
