Monthly plans are built for concentrated work over a shorter window. Yearly plans are built for recurring coverage over a longer timeframe while preserving the same service rules.
Yearly plans use the same plan structure and include the equivalent of two free months.

If you already have included or rollover engagements available, that balance is used before additional-engagement charges appear. Final totals are confirmed during booking based on actual timing, travel, and triggered conditions.
1 Engagement = 1 Hour Of Service Time + Next-Day Report + Travel Time (Free Within A 60 Minute Round-Trip Of Our Office - 1 Engagement Per Hour Of Travel Time Beyond 60 Minute Round-Trip Of Our Office). All Services Require A Minimum Of 1 Hour Of Service Time And Can Only Be Scheduled In 1 Hour Blocks.

The pricing engine still runs from service time, travel time, and triggered booking conditions. The public-facing difference is that everything is now expressed in engagements.

Emergency response applies to the full booking once the request is classified as emergency service and stacks with other triggered conditions.
If any portion of the booking touches a listed holiday window, the holiday surcharge applies to the booking and can stack with weekend timing.

A Plus client books a 4-hour remote service on the same day, on a weekend, with same-day reporting.
A Heavy client books a 3-hour in-person service that requires 2 hours of round-trip travel from the office.
